Mr. Roger Matthew Holden Pitt (‘’Roger’’) (39)

Mr. RMH Pitt is the Chief Financial Officer.
Roger is a chartered accountant, with B.Com (Hons)(Accounting) degree from the University of Johannesburg. After completing his articles, Roger moved into corporate finance where he gained broad experience in the full scope of corporate actions. Thereafter, Roger acquired and ran an import and distribution business within the baby industry while continuing to serve as an independent non-executive director of various listed and private companies.


Mr. Abilio Jose Daurte da Silva (‘’Abie’’) (57)

Mr. AJD da Silva is an executive director.
Mr. AJD da Silva is the co-founding member and previous Chief Executive Officer of PSV. He obtained a National Technical Certificate 5 from the Johannesburg Technical College and a Business Management Diploma from Damelin College. Abie took the Company from supplying pumps and valves to mines to being listed on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited in April 2006 and will return to the Board lending his many years of industry experience in delivering the aforementioned strategy for African Cryogenics and PSV.


Mr. Jose Carlos Pardal Fernandes (‘’Carlos’’) (49)

Mr. JCP Fernandes is an executive director.
Mr. JCP Carlos holds a BCom (Accounting) degree from the University of Johannesburg and an MBA (Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship) from Bond University (Australia). He spent 10 years with SABMiller's Africa division in Managing Director and Financial Director roles, and served on various subsidiary board and committees, having also led M&A, Commercial and Strategy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and member of the investment committee at Regis Holdings Limited.


Mr. Basil Kgaugelo Mashabane (“Basil”) (43)

Mr. BK Mashabane is a lead independent non-executive director.

Mr. BK Mashabane is an Admitted Attorney (High Court of South Africa, 2003) holding an LLB from the University of Pretoria and an MSc in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London. In addition to this he obtained an LLM in Corporate Law and an Advanced Certificate in Corporate and Securities Law from Unisa and is currently an LLD Candidate in Mercantile Law at Unisa. He has 15 years’ experience in litigation and corporate law with 8 of those years spent as Legal Counsel and more recently as the Deputy Executive Director of the Takeover Regulation Panel.


Mr. Dzunisani Aldworth Mbalati (“Aldworth”) (37)

Mr. DA Mbalati is an executive director and has been appointed as the executive chairman of the Board.

Mr. DA Mbalati has a broad entrepreneurial background specializing in building long term, high value capital projects in various industries including energy, mining and property development. He is a leading player in the procurement, supply and distribution of liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) in Africa and will deliver the opportunity and funding for African Cryogenics and PSV to become a major local manufacturer and lessor of Isotainers for the supply and distribution of LNG.
Aldworth is currently the majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer at DNG Energy, an integrated Gas company with operations in South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria and Mozambique.


Mr. Olivier Nicolas Bernard (“Olivier”) (48)

Mr. ON Bernard is a non-executive director.

Mr. ON Bernard studied Business and Finance in Neoma (previously known as Reims Management School) in France, and a few years later studied Management at INSEAD. He gained experience with Blue Chip companies within the Oilfield Service Industry in various countries within Europe and Africa. From 2000 until 2016 he was a key member of the team developing the biggest onshore support base in sub Saharan Africa, based in Luanda (Angola), with a total investment of USD 1 billion. During this time, he assumed various positions, negotiating financing with international banks, implementing SAP (a German-based multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations), and ultimately in the General Management of the company. He moved to Regis in 2017 to become the group COO.
